Human Resources Director - Hotels
Our client is a major international property developer who is launching a luxurious and high end hotel concept to Dubai. They are in the pre-opening phase of their first property, based in Dubai, and are keen to find an HR director to take the reins and manage all aspects or Human Resources and put procedures in place. This is a new property, so the potential candidate must have pre-opening experience.They should also feel comfortable with implementing policies and procedures, and creating a productive and comfortable work environment for the staff. This is an excellent role for an HRD, which will grow as the group expand and open more properties throughout the year.
Requirements
-A recognised qualification in Human Resources or Hospitality
-Local pre-opening experience as a HR Director within a large hotel group
-Excellent communications skills
-International Exposure
